Checklist

If you make available digital data to us for your order, we ask you our check list to follow. If you have considered all dots, we can edit your data easily.

Images and graphics
- At 4-colour printing: All 4-colour pictures were converted into the colour space CMYK to be able to separate properly, i.e. no unintentional special colours were defined.

- The right underfilling and underfilling were already assigned in her origin programme to all EP's files, because the layout programmes are able to do only own elements tramp.

- All TIF files was assigned as a background colour white to avoid a "saw tooth effect".

- As a file format for all used pictures and graphics EPS or TIF was used.

- The used pictures and graphics were not compressed with JPG or LZW procedure.

- All pictures and graphics are on a provided data carrier.

- All pictures and graphics have in each case the actual state and are released to the printing.

- No hairlines were used, all lines have a least strength of 0,125 pt.

- If with Duplex is printed, another grid corner was assigned to every colour.

- EPS black was set on over print.

- All pictures were scaled in the image editing software and not only in the layout programme on the right size, were rotated and distorted.


Fonts
- All fonts, also in EPS files are provided on a data carrier. (Please, follow also the licence regulations of the character font manufacturers.)

- No multiple master fonts were used, because they can lead to problems with the exposure.


Miscellaneous:
- The filenames were held very short. Blanks were used none, instead, the underlining stroke "_" was used.

- The data structure all pictures, graphics and layout files was formed very level and clear.

- Not required elements were deleted to hold the files very small.

- To the order printouts are enclosed, possibly in actual size.

- With ISDN or e-mail sent files were compressed before the transmission.

- Microsoft Word and-Excel Files were delivered as PDF files.
