Johannes Gutenberg laid the store for his economic success in 1439 with the production of so-called pilgrimage mirrors. (If all seven years were shown in Aachen the holy relics publicly - in 1440 was such a year - the pilgrims caught the magic rays of the relics with small mirrors permanently after her conviction.)
As confessed "disciples of the black art" we had the example of Gutenberg absolutely before eyes when we resolved to bundle up the engagement with the crossing of the planned economy of the GDR to the free market economy and to found an enterprise whose art could look back at more than 500 economically successful years.
Three company founders also were at the same time three first employees. There was not a commercial equipment yet, orders stood in view and investments in the house. The new enterprise expanded very fast. The order situation developed positively and the setting of new employees was the logical consequence.
Market economy as an adventure? In the phase of the construction this was still valid maybe. But the guidance of an economically healthy enterprise requires strategical planning. For the managing companions stood during the last 10 years and still respectable development and upgrading of the capacities are in the foreground. The success agrees with them with growing turnovers of yearly 10%.
